WRRC Annual Membership is now $120/yr flat rate for access to all ranges.* *Note: If paying by credit or debit, a $5 processing fee will be included in your membership dues.
Renew your membership
You can renew your membership either online or in-person at one of our Safety & Orientation (S&O) nights.
Safety and Orientation is no longer required for existing members unless your membership has lapsed.
You can avoid lapses in your membership by renewing before the end of the calendar year (Oct-Dec).
Safety and Orientation (New Members/Lapsed Membership)
In order to keep WRRC running safely and smoothly we require all new members to take a Safety and Orientation course to join our club.
Safety and Orientation is normally held at 2800 Number 2 Canyon Rd, Wenatchee, WA 98801 unless otherwise specified. Click the button below to see upcoming S&O classes.
Frequently asked questions about WRRC Membership (FAQ):
- Is this a family membership? Due to legality and member safety, we do not offer a family, household, or shared membership. The “carded” member must be present at all times.
- How does Online Membership Renewal work? All active members should receive an email requesting that they establish an account within the club website. Once you establish your account, you will have the option to renew your membership for the following year.
- Can I set up my membership to auto-renew every year? At this time, our system is not configured to allow memberships to automatically renew.
- Why doesn’t my card work at the gate? Either you have not renewed your membership (Memberships run from 1/1 to 12/31 of each calendar year), or your card is broken. For any card-related issues, we recommend that you email membership@wenrrc.org or drop by one of our S&O Classes at 5:30PM and we’ll be happy to assist you.
- Do you prorate dues? Under certain circumstances, we do prorate dues at the rate of $15/mo. The WRRC Membership year runs from 1 Jan – 31 Dec of each year. If a new member joins mid-year, dues would be prorated for the remainder of that year in addition to the following full membership year in order to get the new member fully aligned with the club’s membership year.
- Can I purchase a monthly membership? WRRC does not offer monthly memberships or any memberships for less than 1 year.
- Can I mail in a check? WRRC does not accept any checks that are not presented in person. Any checks that are mailed-in will be shredded and disposed of.
- Do I need to register or sign up for Safety and Orientation? No preregistration or sign up is required. Please show up early if you are taking S&O.
- How do I know if I need S&O? Safety and Orientation is required by all new members at time of membership purchase. Additionally, if you previously had a membership and it has lapsed, you will be required to attend an S&O class before your membership can be reactivated.
- How long is S&O? Typically, our Safety & Orientation class & application process takes approximately 1.5 hours including processing time for membership applications and keycard creation.
