Member Renewals (@Wenatchee Valley Veteran’s Hall)

- 11:00 AM – Event Venue opens, Current Member Renewal Starts (Renewing members who do not require S&O can come anytime between 11:00AM and 1:00 PM)
- 1:00 PM – WRRC Annual Meeting – New Members are welcome to sit in for the meeting, but it is not required for membership.
- 3:00 PM – Safety and Orientation (Please be on time, we reserve the right to turn away individuals who miss too much of the class).
- 4:00 PM – Class Completed, New Members/Current Member Renewals
Frequently Asked Questions about WRRC Membership (FAQ):
- Why doesn’t my card work at the gate? Either you have not renewed your membership (Memberships run from 1/1 to 12/31 of each calendar year), or your card is broken. If you have questions, come to any of our S&O Classes (typically held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, at 5:30PM) and we’ll be happy to help you out. Or, email membership@wenrrc.org and include a picture of your current membership card and key card, both front and back (even if it is blank).
- Do you prorate dues? We do prorate dues when accompanied by an annual membership. Our proration rate is $15/mo. WRRC’s membership year goes from January 1st to December 31st for all members. For example, if you join WRRC in July of 2026, then you would be charged for an annual membership +5 months to align with the next membership year, and your membership would be valid until December 31st, 2027.
- Can I join for less than 1 year? You cannot.
- Can I mail in a check? No, you cannot mail in a check. Checks that are mailed in will not be deposited and will instead be shredded and disposed of.
- How do I know if I need S&O? Safety and Orientation is required by all new members when they join WRRC or if you were previously a member and your membership has lapsed.
